ARKLA, it successors and assigns, shall make charges for the sale of natural gas and natural gas services to its residential and general service consumers who use gas within the city limits of the City of Wake Village, Texas, as provided by the rate schedules, supplements and service charges set forth in Appendices A and B of this chapter and the Exhibits attached to Ordinance 2-95, which are hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein. The rate schedules, supplements, and service charges are hereby adopted, established and authorized as the proper, reasonable and lawful rates for the natural gas and natural gas service.
