(A) Southwestern Electric Power Company is hereby authorized and empowered to make the following electric rate schedule available for operation of area lighting - (outdoor) in Wake Village Texas effective as of July 15, 1972.
(B) Schedule No. AL-O (1), Code No. 89, Area Lighting - (Outdoor). Where Company will furnish, install, own, operate, and maintain a complete area lighting system utilizing metal halide and/or high-pressure sodium lamps. The lights will be controlled to burn from dusk to dawn. The rate schedule is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
