§ 52.31  PUBLIC HIGHWAY LIGHTING SERVICE.
   (A)   Southwestern Electric Power Company (formerly Southwestern Gas & Electric Company) is hereby authorized and empowered to make the following electric rate schedules available for operation of publicly owned highway lighting systems in Wake Village, Texas effective as of March 7, 1967.
   (B)   The following rate schedules are hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein:
      (1)   Schedule No. PHL, Code No. 76, Public Highway Lighting Service. Where the company will furnish electric service for operation of publicly owned highway lighting systems using mercury vapor luminaires mounted at heights not to exceed 40 feet above ground level.  The company will be responsible for relamping and will replace glassware to be furnished by customer.
      (2)   Schedule No. PHL-E, Code No. 76, Public Highway Lighting Service - Energy Only. Under this rate schedule the company will provide electric service only for operation of mercury vapor luminaires that are installed in a publicly owned highway system.
