Southwestern Electric Power Company (formerly Southwestern Gas & Electric Company) is hereby authorized and empowered to put into effect the municipal street lighting rate for mercury vapor service identified as Schedule No. MV, Code No. 76, 865 filed with the City Secretary on August 3, 1965 effective for all new mercury vapor street lighting units installed after August 1, 1965. The rate schedule herein authorized is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
