(A) The Radio Frequency Meter Installation Rider proposed by AEP Southwestern Electric Power Company (AEP-SWEPCO), and approved by the Public Utility Commission (Commission), shall be approved by the city.
(B) The Radio Frequency Meter Installation Rider approved by the Commission is hereby approved and shall apply effective October 14, 2003. AEP-SWEPCO shall be authorized to thereafter render radio frequency meter installation service and to collect charges from its customers for that installation within the corporate limits of the city until such time as the rider may be changed, modified, amended, or withdrawn, with the approval of the City Council.
(C) The action of the City Council of the city enacting this section constitutes, on the date of its final passage, a final determination of rate for radio frequency meter installations by AEP-SWEPCO within the city in accordance with § 33.001 of the Public Utilities Regulatory Act, being Tex. Utilities Code § 33.001.
