All refuse will be placed at curbside by customers on collection days, except for those using dumpster, roll-off containers provided by the contractor(s), or when agreed to by the contractor(s). All loose or non-containerized refuse will be placed in refuse bags selected and distributed by the city, or bags of equal or better specifications, or demisters or roll-off containers provided by the contractor(s).
