The contractor(s) will collect all refuse at a frequency and times of day as specified by the city, with equipment sufficient to handle the refuse, and to handle any emergencies which may arise. Contractor(s) will have sufficient employees available at reasonable times to respond to all reasonable requests by the city pertaining to the handling of refuse.
