(A) The contractor(s) approved hereunder will handle all refuse generated and left for collection at residences, businesses, or other premises within the boundaries of the City of Wake Village, Texas and shall furnish such labor, materials, equipment, and supplies as necessary for the performance of these duties. The contractor(s) will collect all such refuse from each place, whether the same is separated or combined in containers, and all handling of refuse will be conducted in a good, clean, thorough, and workmanlike manner.
(B) The contractor(s) will dispose of all collected refuse at its own expense and pay all costs incurred or attributable to the handling of the refuse, except as is specifically noted in this subchapter.
