§ 51.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CITY.  The City of Wake Village, Texas.

   CONTRACTOR(S).  Persons or entities contracting to handle refuse under this subchapter and granted a contract by the city to do so.

   HANDLING. All collection, hauling, and disposal of garbage, refuse, and trash.

   REFUSE. All garbage, refuse, and trash.
