SEC. 1. CITY ATTORNEY; QUALIFICATIONS.

The City of Wake Village has a contract city attorney per ordinance. That contract city attorney is paid an hourly rate, and currently there are no resident restrictions. Administratively, the city attorney shall report to the chief executive officer, the mayor.
