(A) The City Treasurer shall be authorized to withhold the premiums for disability insurances from employees’ checks on a weekly basis, then make payment to Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company on a monthly basis.
(B) The city will pay health coverage programs for all eligible full-time employees, effective with the first premium due for the period beginning July 15, 1984.
