§ 38.36  TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The personnel policy of the city is amended insofar as the terms of this section are inconsistent with the personnel policy.
   (B)   The City Council hereby approves the right of temporary employees who work as much as 30 hours per week to enroll for health and accident insurance coverage under the group plan(s) available to the regular city employees, but without the city’s participation in the payment of the premium(s).
