§ 38.20  RACIAL PROFILING POLICY ADOPTED.
   The racial profiling policy attached as Exhibit A to Ordinance 02-02 is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein, as an amendment and addition to the Police Procedure section of the Personnel/Police Procedure Manual.  Copies are available through city offices.
