There is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of Wake Village, Texas a $25 handling charge, assessed a customer should his or her check for payment be returned to the city. If the check is not paid within ten days, the account may be discontinued and the collection charge will also apply. The check will be processed through the Bowie County District Attorney’s office and all collection fees will apply.
