§ 34.52  ARSON REWARD.
   The city hereby offers a reward of $250 for the arrest and conviction of any person or persons found guilty of committing the crime of arson within the corporate limits of the city.  This reward is a standing offer, and shall be paid out of the General Fund for the city.
