(a) Any statements, orders, proclamations, notices or reports required by law to be published, shall be published by posting copies at the following places within the Village of Wakeman:
(1) Wakeman Public Library, 18 East Abbott Street;
(2) Electronically online at official Village website;
(3) Wakeman Post Office, 17 West Main Street;
(4) Village of Wakeman Municipal Building, 59 Hyde Street; and
(5) Mickey Mart, 52 West Main Street.
(b) Posting shall be in a conspicuous place in such buildings, and readily accessible to all members of the public at reasonable hours.
(c) Publication by posting is permitted electronically online by posting an electronic copy at an online location identified as belonging to the Village of Wakeman, Ohio provided that the public is granted online access to such posting.
