§ 90.05 AUTOMATIC DIAL PROTECTION DEVICES PROHIBITED.

(A) No automatic dial protection device shall be used to report, or cause to be reported, any recorded message to the Sheriff or the communications center of the Sheriff.

(B) The violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor and any person convicted of the violation shall be punishable as provided in G.S. § 14-4.
