143.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any rule or regulation or any provision thereof as set forth in this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor as such term is defined in Section 501.02 of the General Offenses Code of the Village of Waite Hill, and shall be punished as provided in Section 501.99 of such Code.
