In order to promote healthful living conditions and to stabilize the value and character of residential areas, one-family dwelling units shall be erected, altered, moved, maintained or occupied only in accordance with the minimum floor area requirements set forth in this Section.

(a) The "main floor" is that portion of the floor area having direct access to or from the ground area immediately adjacent thereto. It shall also mean the total floor areas where there is no greater difference in elevation than four (4) feet between floors. (b) Floor area, for the purposes of this Schedule, means Floor Area, Net and does not include detached accessory buildings. |
