1329.03 ECOLOGICALLY SENSITIVE AREAS MAP AND STUDY.
   The following are hereby adopted as a part of this section to designate ecologically sensitive areas within Waite Hill Village:
   (a)    Ecologically Sensitive Areas Map of Waite Hill Village dated May 8, 1995, the original of which is on file with the Clerk-Treasurer and is duly countersigned by the Mayor, the President of Council and the Clerk-Treasurer; and
   (b)    Waite Hill Village Ecologically Sensitive Areas Map Narrative dated May 8, 1995, the original of which is on file with the Clerk-Treasurer and is duly countersigned by the Mayor, the President of Council and the Clerk-Treasurer. (Ord. 1995-7. Passed 6-12-95.)
   (c)    The areas described in the reports on file concerning the Sherwin properties on Waite Hill Road and Smith Road, portions of the Lyman H. Treadway III property, the Sowards, Kurtz and Platz properties on Gardenside Drive, the Albert Augustus properties on Hobart Road and Markell Road, and the Jalal Afnan property on Eagle Road are hereby ordered included in the ecologically sensitive areas zones as shown on the Ecologically Sensitive Areas Map dated May 8, 1995, and originally adopted by this Council on June 12, 1995.
      (1)    This Section 1329.03 and the Ecologically Sensitive Areas Map and Study are hereby amended to include the ecologically sensitive areas shown in the aforesaid reports.
      (2)    The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to make notations upon the aforesaid Ecologically Sensitive Areas Map to reflect the new properties to be included within the appropriate zones on the Ecologically Sensitive Areas Map, which map and map designations are hereby amended to comply with the provisions of this subsection (c).
      (3)    The aforesaid reports concerning the Brian Sherwin and other Sherwin properties, the Lyman H. Treadway III property, the Sowards, Kurtz and Platz properties, the Albert Augustus properties and the Jalal Afnan property are hereby incorporated by reference into subsection (c) as if fully rewritten herein.    (d)    The areas described in the reports on file concerning the Modell properties on Markell Road, specifically, the following permanent parcels: 25-A-008-0-00-009, 25-A-008- 0- 00-010, 25-A-008-0-00-043, 25-A-008-0-00-007, 25-A-008-0-00-008, 25-A-008-0-00-003, 25-A- 008-0-00-004, 25-A-008-00-005, 25-A-008-00-006 and 25-A-008-0-00-029.
