§ 96.35 PROCEDURE FOR DESIGNATION.
The animal control authority shall be authorized to designate animals as either not dangerous, potentially dangerous, or dangerous pursuant to the definitions prescribed in § 96.30 above. Should either the owner of the designated animal or a party alleged to have been injured by said animal disagree with the decision of the animal control authority then they shall be given 30 days to file an administrative appeal of that determination to Wahoo City Council. A failure to file a timely appeal of that administrative decision shall forever bar any claims by the affected parties.
