§ 96.07  WRONGFUL LICENSING OF DOGS AND CATS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, or harborer of any dog or cat to permit or allow such dog or cat to wear any license, metallic tag, or other city identification than that issued by the City Clerk for dogs and cats.
