§ 94.36  PROCEDURE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
   When the conditions which constitute the nuisance pose an immediate threat to the public peace, health, or safety, the City Administrator, the Chief of Police or the Building Inspector may order the nuisance abated immediately.
