§ 94.29 HEARING OFFICER.

The President of the City Council, or his/her council appointee in their absence, shall be the hearing officer of the city on all matters pertaining to Chapter 94 of the Wahoo Municipal Code. The City Council shall promulgate, by council resolution, hearing rules which shall govern the handling of hearings before the hearing officer.
