If the nuisance is not abated within five days after the receipt of said notice of nuisance, or within the period given in the notice of nuisance, whichever is later, the City Administrator, Chief of Police, or Building Inspector, may determine to proceed to abate the nuisance pursuant to the provisions of this code.
