§ 94.26 FORM OF PROPER SERVICE OF NOTICE.
   Service of said notice of nuisance shall be by depositing the original and/or copy of said notice of nuisance with the United States Postal Service enclosed in a sealed envelope conspicuously marked as to its importance and with postage thereon fully prepaid. Said notice of nuisance shall be mailed by first-class and addressed to said owner, owner's duly authorized agent, occupant, lessee, and/or mortgagee at the last known address of said parties as disclosed by the current tax rolls, and if there is no known address, then in care of the property address. Service is complete at the time of such deposit. The failure of any person to receive such notice shall not affect the validity of the proceedings hereunder.
