The "Rules and Regulations Relating to Public Health," Department of Health of the state of Nebraska are hereby incorporated by reference when the same are applicable to the city, in their present form and as they may hereafter be amended. One copy of each of the said pamphlets is filed at the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
