3-1-13: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. In addition thereto, the LLCC may suspend for not more than thirty (30) days, or revoke, any license issued by him, if he determines that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or any provision of the Illinois liquor control act. When a license shall have been revoked for any cause, no license shall be granted to any person for the period of one year thereafter for the conduct of the business of selling alcoholic liquors in the premises described in such revoked license.
