For all provisions of this code that are not referenced in the table of section 1-13-7 of this title, any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this code shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense 1 , and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day a violation occurs or continues.
