12-3-1: STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS:
The standards and regulations of this title shall be applicable to the following developments, acts, or situations occurring within the village:
   A.   Tree Protection: The standards and regulations for the protection of existing trees and the replacement of removed or destroyed trees shall be applicable to all areas of the village as set forth in chapter 4 of this title and this title generally.
   B.   New Subdivisions: All new subdivisions and planned unit developments shall be landscaped in accordance with the standards and regulations of chapter 5 of this title and this title generally. (Ord. 97-473, 4-1-1997)
   C.   Commercial Uses: All newly constructed, reconstructed or enlarged uses in the B business, CR commercial recreation, OR office and research and LI, LI-1, and LI-2 light industrial districts, and the PL public land district shall be landscaped in accordance with the standards and regulations of chapter 5 of this title and this title generally.    D.   Conditional Uses: All uses for which a conditional use permit is required under the Wadsworth zoning ordinance 1 shall be landscaped in accordance with the standards and regulations herein. See also subsection 10-5-4A of this code.
   E.   Uses In Overlay Districts: All uses which are required to have site plan review and approval prior to being permitted in overlay districts as shown in section 10-4-4, table 1-A of this code. See also subsections 10-4-3B2 and 10-5-4A of this code.
   F.   Uses In Scenic Corridors: That portion of any lot which extends into a scenic corridor overlay district shall be landscaped in accordance with the standards and regulations herein. (Ord. 97-473, 4-1-1997)
