A disclosure statement indicating that "the land in question is all or partially designated" by the Village on a source of information specified in its Flood Plain Ordinance, "as being in the flood plain and hence is vulnerable to periodic flooding", must be provided by the seller to each potential purchaser of property which appears as flood plain as indicated on a source of information delineated in Section 9-1-6 of this Chapter.
