9-1-6: SOURCE OF INFORMATION:
The regulatory flood base elevation, the regulatory flood plain, the regulatory floodway and the regulatory flood fringe as defined by this Title shall be delineated by the following maps, which are on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator. These maps are listed below according to priority of use. Where information is not available on one map, then the succeeding map shall be used. Where conflict occurs among the maps, the highest regulatory flood base elevation, the widest regulatory flood fringe shall be used for regulatory purposes. In the event that no separate map designation exists for regulatory floodways, then the regulatory flood plain shall also mean regulatory floodway, and regulatory floodway regulations shall apply to the regulatory flood plain. The maps to be used are as follows:
   A.   The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Insurance Administration in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study for the Village of Wadsworth," dated August 4, 1980, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) and Flood Boundary-Floodway Maps, effective date February 4, 1981. For areas annexed to the Village since publication of the Wadsworth Flood Insurance Rate Maps, the Lake County Flood Insurance Rate Maps shall be used.
