A. Caroline Avenue: Vehicular parking is only permitted on the west side of Caroline Avenue in designated parking/drive areas from the north side of Wadsworth Road northerly to a point two hundred forty five feet (245') north of the intersection of Caroline Avenue and Wadsworth Road.
B. McCarthy Road: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on any portion of McCarthy Road.
C. Chicago Avenue: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on Chicago Avenue from Yorkhouse Road and extended northerly for a distance of one thousand feet (1,000').
D. Schlosser Court: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on Schlosser Court from its western terminus easterly for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250'). This prohibition shall not apply to Village residents who reside on Schlosser Court or their invited guests.
E. Southeast District: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on any improved or unimproved road or right-of-way within that portion of the Southeast District Neighborhood that is described as follows: Wadsworth Road to the north, the Union Pacific Railroad to the west, Beach Road to the south; and Bayonne Avenue to the east. This prohibition shall not apply to Village residents who reside in said neighborhood or their invited guests. In addition to the penalties authorized by subsection I of this section, any vehicle parked in violation of this subsection is declared a nuisance and a hazard to public safety, and any police officer of the Village is authorized to remove, or contract for the removal of, the vehicle to a place of storage at the expense of the owner of the vehicle, not to be released until the actual charges and costs of towing and storage are paid in full or in accordance with applicable State law.
F. Mulberry Lane: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on Mulberry Lane from Dilleys Road to Thornapple Lane.
G. Hanssen Road: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on Hanssen Road from U.S. Highway 41 westerly a distance of six hundred feet (600').
H. Mill Creek Woodlands Subdivision: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on Old Orchard Drive, Cherrywood Lane or Thornmeadow Circle. This prohibition shall not apply to Village residents who reside in said neighborhood or their invited guests.
I. Red Oak Terrace: It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on Red Oak Terrace. This prohibition shall not apply to village residents who reside along said street or their invited guests.
J. Penalty: Any violation of this section shall subject the violator to the penalties set forth in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
