§ 119.18 INSPECTION REQUIRED.
   The Director of Public Safety or his authorized representatives shall from time to time make inspection of each massage business establishment for the purpose of determining that the provisions of this chapter are fully complied with. No licensee or person shall fail to allow such authorized representatives access to the premises or hinder such authorized representatives in any manner.
