§ 119.17 EMPLOYMENT OF CERTAIN UNLICENSED MASSAGISTS.
   No person shall employ as a massagist any person who is required to have a license issued pursuant to the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Administrative Code and/or the State Medical Board of Ohio governing the limited practice of medicine, unless such employee has first obtained and has in effect such license.
