No person shall permit any person under the age of 18 years to come or remain on the premises of any massage establishment as massagist, masseur, or employee. No person shall permit any person under the age of 18 years to remain on the premises of any massage establishment as a patron without the express written consent of the parent or guardian of the minor child.
