Pursuant to division (G) of R.C. § 4939.0314, the Director of Public Service may require an operator to comply with reasonable and nondiscriminatory requirements that prohibit public utilities or cable operators from installing structures and facilities in the public way because an area is either designated solely for under grounding or structures and facilities are required to be placed elsewhere in the public way, if the situations set forth in divisions (G)(1), (2) and (3) of R.C. § 4939.0314 apply.
