§ 98.15 RESTRICTIONS ON HEIGHT.
   Pursuant to division (F) of R.C. § 4939.0314, Code, restrictions for the height of a wireless support structure and the placement of wireless facility are set as follows:
   (A)   For a new wireless support structure, the overall height of the wireless support structure and any collocated antennas shall not be more than 40 feet in height above ground level. Notwithstanding this provision, and except the cap shall not be below 35 feet in height above ground level, the Director of Public Service may adopt design guidelines to cap the permissible height of small cell facilities in areas meeting the criteria of divisions (F)(2)(a) and (b) of R.C. § 4939.0314. For an existing wireless support structure, the antenna and any associated shroud or concealment material are permitted to be collocated at the top of the existing wireless support structure and shall not increase the height of the existing wireless support structure by more than five feet.
