§ 98.12 DESIGN GUIDELINES.
   The Director of Public Service, in accordance with division (C) of R.C. § 4939.0314, shall adopt reasonable design guidelines with objective, technologically feasible criteria that reasonably match the aesthetics and character of the immediate area.
