The provisions of this code shall apply to all matters affecting or relating to structures, as set forth in § 150.002. The construction, alteration, repair, addition and removal of all structures shall comply with these regulations and the Residential Code of Ohio in accordance with R.C. Chapter 3781 and as set forth by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
