§ 156.07 ORDERS TO VACATE.
Whenever the Code Enforcement Officer declares a structure "unsafe" and notice of violation and order to comply has been served, and upon re-inspection at the end of the time specified for compliance it is found that the violation or violations have not been remedied, and no petition for a hearing has been filed, the Code Enforcement Officer may seek a court order in a court of competent jurisdiction for the vacation of such structure, premises or parts thereof and any other appropriate relief necessary.
