§ 56.13 AUTHORIZATION TO ADJUST RATES BY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE.
   Rate adjustments within 10% shall be made by the Director of Public Service should evidence be presented that indicates market rates have changed on services provided in §§ 56.06 through 56.20.
