§ 112.11 MOBILE FOOD VENDOR GENERAL REQUIREMENTS; SANITATION AND NOISE.
   (A)   Any person, group or entity engaged in the mobile preparation or sale of food for human consumption shall keep the surrounding area immediately adjacent to their motor vehicle, trailer, pushcart, conveyance, or any nonpermanent structure or place of business clean and must properly dispose of all waste generated from their operation.
   (B)   Any person, group or entity engaged in the mobile preparation or sale of food for human consumption shall ensure that there is no discharge of any waste water from their operation onto the ground or into any storm water or sanitary sewer within the city, to prevent ground water contamination or unsanitary conditions.
   (C)   Any person, group or entity engaged in the mobile preparation or sale of food for human consumption shall not utilize any sound amplification devices or use any noise making devices to attract business or which may create a nuisance or be in violation of other city ordinances.
