§ 112.02 HOURS OF SOLICITATION AND MOBILE VENDING REGULATED.
   No commercial or non-commercial solicitation or mobile vending shall be conducted before 9:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. or on any Sunday or nationally recognized holiday, except as permitted pursuant to the license issued pursuant to this chapter, a special event permit or other city issued permit authorizing the same.
