§ 151.101 CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The provisions of this Chapter 151 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Wadsworth are enacted pursuant to Article XVIII, Section 3 of the Ohio Constitution and statutory provisions that grant municipalities the legal authority to adopt land use and control measures for promoting the health, safety, and general welfare of its citizens.
