§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any code adopted herein, or fails to comply with any lawful order issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months or both. Each day during which noncompliance or a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Residential construction. Violations of these regulations as they pertain to work regulated by the Residential Code of Ohio, are subject to penalties as provided for in the provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio in accordance with R.C. Chapter 3781 and the rules adopted by the State of Ohio pursuant thereto.
