§ 139.05 PLOWING AND DEPOSIT OF SNOW.
   (A)   No person shall plow or otherwise deposit snow on a public street or any sidewalk or in a manner which may cause additional hazards or block any sidewalk or other driveway approach. No person, without privilege to do so, shall plow or otherwise deposit snow on the property of another in a manner which causes additional hazard to their property. If snow is plowed across a public street, all snow left by this act must be removed from the roadway. No person shall plow or deposit snow in any manner which blocks the sight view of any intersection or driveway. This section shall not apply to any person employed by or working under contract with the city or state, while acting within his employment or contract.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
