§ 131.29 DEFRAUDING A RESTAURANT.
   (A)   No person, with purpose to defraud, shall obtain food or beverages at any restaurant.
   (B)   It is prima-facie evidence of purpose to defraud if the offender leaves the premises of a restaurant where he has obtained food without paying the price thereof.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of defrauding a restaurant, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
