(A) All persons, firms, or corporations engaging in business of collecting, hauling and/or disposing of any rubbish, refuse, trash or garbage within the city shall be registered with the City Income Tax Department and be current with all city tax liability.
(B) At the request of the Director of Public Service or his designee, any person, firm, or corporation engaging in the business of collecting, hauling and/or disposing of any rubbish, refuse, trash or garbage within the city shall furnish a list of all customers within the city.
