§ 115.03 INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   Each vehicle licensed shall carry proper liability insurance in the aggregate sum of $1,000,000. Proof of insurance shall be provided at time of application for license. Such insurance policy shall be approved by the Director of Public Service and shall indemnify the city against any actions at law or suits in equity which may be brought against the licensee or the city arising out of any and all activities of the licensee.
